When you graduate 894th out of 899 in your Naval Academy class, you undoubtedly missed something. For John McCain, it must have been Target Practice 101. This guy can’t hit the broad side of a barn when he fires off his political missiles. The old sailor shot his political blunderbuss in the air this week, hoping that—by chance—he’d bag something.
