But why are we selling old and presumably faulty slate tiles from the the governor's mansion roof on E-bay?  Why would anyone buy a single slate tile for $55 plus?  And who are the people silly enough to have placed bids on them?

Watching the Enron special on PBS, they were talking about the way the stock market just kept going up and up and up.  Do we have another Enron in our near future?  Is the stock market going up on the basis of false profit information about another huge company?

 I don't know anything about the stock market so if I'm worried about nothing, please tell me. 
 

Watching Governor Blunt in front of elementary students today talking about character education and trustworthiness.

The dissonance and disconnection involved both jars and jangles. I don't want my kids or grandkids to have Matt Blunt's values. I have always expected my kids to have higher standards than anthing I've seen from Matt.
