 Well, it looks like there is another national candidate in this race that has ties to un-American radicals that wish the country ill: 

 That would be Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

 A couple of her questionable pals helped her come to power as mayor of Wasilla, AK.

 They are Mark Chryson, a proponent of Alaska's secession from the United States, and John Birch Society activist “Black Helicopter" Steve Stoll, who Palin tried to get on the city council of Wasilla.

Showing once more her lack of basic knowledge here's Gov. Palin on the Russian-Georgian conflict:

"We will not repeat a Cold War" with Russia.

On possible intervention in the situation:

"It doesn't have to lead to war and it doesn't have to lead, as I said, to a Cold War, but economic sanctions, diplomatic pressure, again, counting on our allies to help us do that in this mission of keeping our eye on Russia" she told ABC News.­

I guess Sen. Obama could have been referring to Gov. Palin when he said that "Pig with Lipstick" comment, since the Governor has been bringing home the bacon when it comes to pork barrel spending.

 So much for their reform and change argument.
