Brocky VII: Running for Congress While Learning to Vote

Kenny Hulshof's departure has left Republicans in the Ninth Congressional District so without good options that the current fan favorite is a man completely new to the civic process.

Voting records indicate that Brock Olivo, who recently entered the growing GOP primary field, registered to vote in 2006 and has yet to cast a vote in any election since that time.

Perhaps someone told Olivo that one of the things he has going for him in a race against legislators like Danie Moore is that he "doesn't have a voting record" and he's trying to keep himself pristine?  In any event, hopefully someone will show Olivo where his polling place is before the August primary rolls around.

Helmet?

I always thought Brock wore a helmet when he played football. Good lookin' boy, though.

Get serious!

I imagine every single one of his opponents will hang this anvill around his neck. If in fact he has never voted, how can he possibly ask me to vote for him. Oh I forgot he is a good looking former football star, yeah that should do it!
