Because Legislators Aren't Already Packing Heat on the Floor?

Implicit in this proposal from Rep. Jeannie Riddle (R-Mokane) is the idea that state representatives and senators aren't already armed when they're moving about the Capitol building.   To assume this would be... foolish.
