Blunt blows through another promise to release real health care legislation

Wednesday, Roy Blunt's official office uploaded video of a Blunt speech in which he promised that discussion of his health care reform memo "would be followed by legislation this week." 

"As we approach this debate on health care, there are Republican principles that have been out there a long time that are going to followed this week by legislation..."

It's late Friday, and there still isn't an actual plan from Roy Blunt or his Health Care Solutions Group.

Is anyone surprised?
