Blunt Embarrasses Himself In Softball KY3 Interview
Watching the second of two interview clips posted today by KY3's Dave Catanese, I was completely taken aback by Roy Blunt's condescending, completely inaccurate response to a question about his leading the nation in lobbyist money received during the first sixth months of this year.
Watch the clip, keeping in mind that Blunt is completely wrong here:
To his credit, Catanese does note in his corresponding blog post that Blunt was incorrect, and that Blunt's spokesperson admitted after the interview that Blunt was wrong.
However, as you watch the clip, Catanese just went along with Blunt's misstatements, and allowed Blunt to (incorrectly) correct him. Moreover, the post is headlined "Blunt Explains PAC Money" and leads with irrelevant information about how campaign finance laws were changed after the Watergate scandal.
USA Today's list of the country's top recipients of lobbyist money is available online here – Blunt surpassed all other federal candidates for the time period, and even outraised the RNC and NRCC.

Blunt is a habitual liar
and a corporate whore. He sells his vote and influence to the highest bidders, whether they are lobbyists, corporations, or individuals. He is a despicable person.
