Cutting Money for Cowboy Poets

Let’s be fiscally responsible
McCaskill ‘s correct to say

But when I saw this
Much to my dismay
I couldn’t help but regret
There is no better way
So, I see the wisdom of this cut
When money is so tight
Cutting non-essentials
Only seems to be what’s right
So to save this festival
I won’t put up a fight
