Those "practical and intelligent speakers" include folks who think Obama is a lot like Adolf Hitler, the woman who suggested that Obama voters would go to hell, Joseph Farah (a big force behind the birther movement), Michele Bachmann, Ed Martin and Samuel Wurzelbacher the Plumber -- just to name a few.
