The Fringe of the Fringe?

So says Bill Hennessy, who organized the St. Louis tea party events with Ed Martin, now a candidate for Congress.

Hennessy also helped organize this week's protest at Rep. Russ Carnahan's "Cash for Clunkers" press conference.

Can someone explain again where the "fringe" begins and the "mainstream GOP" ends?
