Hartzler Complains About Having to Return to DC for Work
Here we are, in the middle of a horrible recession and enduring a debate about continuing the payroll tax cut for 160 million Americans, less than a week before Christmas and all Rep. Vicky Hartzler can do is complain about having to go to work.

For the record, Rep. Hartzler, the Senate passed this bill with an overwhelming bipartisan majority of 89-10, with the understanding that this had been negotiated with and agreed to by your leader, Speaker Boehner, and now you and your tea party darlings are the ones currently in mutiny.
I know flying to and from DC to do the business of the people you represent is hard work. I can only imagine it's much harder for you to return to DC than it is for those who are currently unemployed and wondering where their next unemployment check is going to come from in order to pay rent, buy groceries and ensure they can survive. I'm sure it's much more difficult for you to head to DC to vote to extend the payroll tax cut for tens of millions of Americans than it is for the worker who's depending on that annual tax cut in this wretched economy to continue to put food on the table for their kids. Right? I knew you'd agree.
