Judge Throws Out Forged Document in Jones' & Davis' Federal Birther Suit

Today, a federal judge threw out the forged Kenyan birther certificate filed last Friday by Rep. Tim Jones, Rep. Cynthia Davis and lawyer/dentist/realtor Orly Taitz.
According to the judge's order, the documents filed for Jones, Davis and the other plaintiffs were improperly filed and contained a number of technical problems.
It's not a good sign when you can't even submit a forged document in your wasteful, ridiculous, embarrassing federal lawsuit as you should.
