Just Another Day in the Life of Cynthia

Last night's Corrections and Public Institutions Committee hearing had an unexpected guest: Rep. Cynthia Davis (R-O'MyGoodness).  Though Davis does not sit on the committee, she interrupted its proceedings to help herself to some of the lobbyist-sponsored grub.

Fellow Republican Rep. Mike Lair (R-Chillicothe) was unable to hide his disgust, shaking his head and growling at his colleague. 

If only this were an unusual event for Rep. Davis.
