Kinder Facing Ethics Fine For Sloppy Compliance

Now his debt-service committee, tasked with retiring Kinder's massive political borrowing, is facing a fine from the Ethics Commission for late campaign finance reporting. That after Kinder missed the July 15th campaign reporting deadline.
At least taxpayers won't have to mop up this Kinder red-ink.
