Kinder filters credentials for tea bag crowd

Part-time Lt. Governor Peter Kinder spoke to Tuesday's Tea Bag rally at the Capitol.
But as he rose to speak, Kinder apparently caught the glint of sharpened pitch forks in the crowd.
Rather than discussing his record as Lt. Governor, Kinder instead reached back to his dog-eared talking points from 2001, focusing on his first year in the State Senate as Pro Tem.
Kinder notably filtered out his bitter record of taxpayer abuse over the last four years, including using taxpayer money for professional sports stadiums, professional bike races, opera houses, lobbyists and covered parking for silk stocking lawyers.
Now that's a wicked brew.
