Is Kinder Laying the Groundwork for a Federal Campaign?
Let's assume for a moment that there is actually a strategy guiding Peter Kinder's crazy Twitter behavior.
Very few of his tweets have anything to do with Missouri government. Instead, our Lieutenant Governor spends a great deal of time sharing his profound thoughts on decidedly federal issues. Looking at his hysterical tweets in recent days, Kinder has:
- Written extensively about how federal health care bills will destroy America. (Custom hashtag: #
grassrootsprairefiretobeatObam aCare) - Encouraged former Rep. Eric Massa (D-NY) to stay in Congress. "Stay in, Massa. Out of spite," he parroted.
- Described right-wing provocateur Andrew Brietbart as "a great guy!"
- Criticized VP Joe Biden's statement that Israel's expanded settlements threaten Middle Easy peace efforts. (Custom hashtag: #IstandwithIsrael)
- Celebrated Sen. Bob Corker's (R-TN) refusal to sign on to financial reform legislation
- Complained about allegedly "dictatorial carbon regs" from the Environmental Protection Agency
Is he bored with what's going on in Missouri? Or is Kinder having second thoughts about future runs for state office and shifting his focus to Washington? He did half-heartedly announce his campaign for governor in DC...

Second time
This is the second time Kinder has been spooked out of the Governor's race-- first by Hulshof, now by Ron Richard.
In Kinder's defense, Richard is the Most Powerful Man in Missouri and is always right, as usual.
Thanks to Matt Blunt
Thanks to Matt Blunt who accomplished everything he set out to accomplish there is nothing more for the GOP to do in Missouri. Of course he has to tackle national issues.
Or else, this is to distract Missourians from the fact the GOP doesn't have any solutions, answers, ideas, leadership, purpose etc. when it comes to doing their jobs in State Government.
The Teaser Cat
Face it Fired Up! you can't keep up with Peter the Teaser. His strategy is working. He's got you confused. A moving target is difficult to hit. You don't know your right from your far right, your local from your national. Where will he go? What will he do? How will he do it? Only the Teaser knows for sure.
