Kinder Still Unable To Answer Basic Questions About Frivolous Lawsuit

Lt. Governor Peter Kinder continues to put the Inaction in Health Care In Action.
Today, Kinder asked for even more time to respond to Attorney General Chris Koster’s July 12 motion to intervene in Kinder's frivolous anti-health care reform lawsuit. Kinder is suing to block the new federal health care law in his official and personal capacities, and Koster contends that Kinder cannot sue in his official capacity.
This is the third such request from Kinder. The court originally asked for a response to Koster's motion by July 16; Kinder asked for a 7 day extension on July 16, and asked for a 21 day extension on July 23.
Today's filing is below the break.
