Per a Saturday interview with OzarkRadioNetwork.com, Peter Kinder now expects to file his lawsuit with Thor Hearne "within four or five weeks." He originally promised all over the teevee and internets that the lawsuit would be filed before the end of April.
The good news is that this gives the Missouri citizens more time to ask questions about the revenue sources and practices of Kinder's new company, Health Care In Action LLC, before we get caught up in discussion of what he actually presents in the suit.
Kinder's constitutional claims are apparently still in the quarter-baked phase -- they won't be half-baked for public consumption until late May or June.
