Martin Still Pushing Asinine Plan to Harm Missouri's Schoolchildren

Despite clear opposition from Governor Jay Nixon, House Budget Chair Ryan Silvey (R-Kansas City) and Senate Appropriations Chair Kurt Schaefer (R-Columbia, Crazy Ed Martin still wants Missouri to reject its share of federal education money so that other states can have it.
