Description: The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice to State Treasurer Clint Zweifel and his executive staff. The scope of responsibility includes providing legal advice on financial, legislative, contractual, employment, estate and property issues affecting Treasurer Zweifel’s Office. The ability to effectively interface and communicate with all levels of staff, the public and other state employees is essential. Strong research and writing skills are required in this position. This position reports directly to the Deputy State Treasurer. $42,500-$45,000 DOE.
