"The Mullarkey Suit"

Peter Kinder's silly lawsuit shall henceforth be known as "The Mullarkey Suit" in honor of Health Care Inaction's largest donor to date. 

Randy Turner took a look at Kinder's recently-released donor list, and finds that Maureen Mullarkey of Chappaqua, NY donated $300 yesterday to Kinder's heretofore opaque organization.  Teri Basnett of Fulton also gave $300, on April 13.

More than 100 days into this misadventure, Kinder has only raised about a tenth of the money he'll need to pay his expected legal bills.
