my friend chad cooper used to talk about "one phone call." citing various cases; one I remember is Mike Jones going to work for Clarence Harmon. Mike was an alderman then went to work for AB, and people sort of forgot about him for a decade, and then one day you get a phone call and you're back in the mix.

Re emails, jo and others are out of control. We do save emails but not all. Just like we do save letters but not all. Their is, under the law, a definition of public records which we abide by. Nixon (and jo and others) are using a tactic that claire used against holden (ask janue dueker - a great woman by the way - do you know her) when claire tortured the holden folks to much re their email usage that they stopped using emails altogether. Oh well. By the way, nixon has been doing the same thing we are doing - and he told us we were within the law. He is shameless in his pandering.
