Roy Blunt and Todd Akin are pointing to their Congressional taxpayer-financed health insurance packages as evidence that taxpayer-financed health insurance will kill you?

Akin's claim that Democrats want to take over "20% of the US economy" isn't true, but who's suprised by that?

Sounds like a couple of fellas who really like the status quo. For themselves, anyway.

We can probably expect to see a lot more of this fearmongering in the coming weeks.
