Henry,

This would be truly a "Wild Ass Guess" but I would say it would have to be around 50 or so. The reason that I say that number is because each of the 2 special prosecutors would have about 10 to 15 murders going at any given time. And then as you know we would have about that many or more specials that weren't murders or capitol cases.
