Wagner Announcement Coming "Next Week," Says She'd Be "Most Articulate" GOP Candidate in Senate Race

Former Ambassador Ann Wagner says she'll make her official announcement about jumping into the GOP primary for U.S. Senate with former Treasurer Sarah Steelman and Crazy Ed Martin "next week." 

In an interview with KSSZ's Mike Ferguson that aired Thursday, Wagner said "we are seriously considering" the run, "and leaning in that direction.

"I think I would be the most articulate voice" in the GOP primary, she said. "I'm heading out to Washington, DC, to a number of meetings next week.  And in the next week, I think we'll be ready to make an announcement."
