Question for the AP: when did the DC homestead become Abigail's house?

This is how the AP describes the Blunt's Georgetown house:

The District of Columbia allows a residential property owner, which is Abigail Blunt in this case, to deduct $67,500 from the assessed value of a home if it is the owner's primary residence. [emphasis added]

As I outlined earlier today, the District's records showed Roy Blunt as the primary owner just two weeks ago.

UPDATE: Dave Helling at The Star has posted a copy of the deed showing that Roy and Abigail Blunt own the property together.

Does the AP possess documents that show a change in ownership in the last few days?  If not, why does the article state that Roy Blunt doesn't own the property in question?
