More On The Nathan Cooper Matter

Sources tell Fired Up! that scrutiny of Rep. Nathan Cooper centers around a consulting firm that he operates called Winning Solutions.

The registered agent for that firm is listed as Rana Yaghnam, a former law partner of Cooper's. However, as you can see from the signatures below, the signature on the Winning Solutions corporate documents does not appear to match Yaghnam's previous authentic signature.

This is particularly curious given that Cooper has been previously accused of altering official documents. Sources tell Fired Up! that there is a pending bar complaint against Cooper on that matter.
