A Matter of Days, Not Weeks? Spence Jackson's Impending Spoutoff

It's now three weeks since we learned that Spence Jackson, former media mouthpiece and stalwart defender of Matt Blunt, was joining the Sarah Steelman campaign as its spokesperson (We haven't checked, but presumably Jackson is actually being paid by the campaign for performing those duties, rather than by the Department of Economic Development or the Treasurer's office).  Shockingly, that entire three weeks has passed without Jackson's having yet made a single embarrassing and inappropriate outburst to the media or comparing political opponents to a mass murderer of women and children.

The law of averages tells us that's not gonna last forever.

What'll it be that puts Jackson over the top and precipitates a return of The Spaz to the statewide scene?  Will it be...

...Continued badgering by Congressman Hulshof about Steelman's "unbecoming conduct" like that offered yesterday...

“It is being reported that Sarah Steelman’s campaign deposited a campaign contribution they claimed they never received and failed to legally report to the Missouri Ethics Commission. This comes just weeks after Missourians learned of a potential cover-up in the State Treasurer’s office regarding the work of an official employee on the Steelman campaign.

...or the beating she'll take from wingnut anti-choicers for having been insufficiently pro-life and accepting campaign contributions from supporters of life-saving stem cell research...

Bryan [Supporters of Health Research and Treatments' Treasurer] said the group originally intended the donation for Steelman's state treasurer re-election bid.

"At that time, Ms. Steelman had never made the kind of anti-stem cell research comments that she has made in subsequent weeks," Bryan wrote in the e-mail.

...or the growing recognition of the incompetence of Steelman's gubernatorial campaign that will finally cause Spence to spoutoff?

Or will it be something else that trips Jackson's alarm?  Feel free to leave suggestions in comments.
