It is so dissapointing that in this session none of the Medicaid problems were fixed. I remember back last year hearing Senator Bill Alter say in a debate with Ryan McKenna that every cut plus more were going to be reinstated. What gets me even more is that the MOHELA was muffed with. Being disabled in Missouri is almost as bad as being Jewish back around the time Hitler was coming into power. If you are disabled and you get in bad health, the doctors want to put you in RCF's because they can get around the Medicaid problem a little better. Then if you get put in one, you are told when to eat and sleep by people who are without any education and most of the time on probation or drugs. It is almost like a genocide against the disabled. That is why we have to get Nixon in as Governor.
