Does Hong Kong Hulshof Think Child Support Should Be Enforced for Everyone?

Kung Pao Kenny Hong Kong Hulshof spent his Friday holding an event at which he highlighted a "plan" to encourage greater enforcement of child support.  

Interesting timing, as the event came just days after we learned that Hulshof friend and fellow Republican Mark Richardson, the Cole County prosecutor, owes a stunning total of $132,000 in back child support and alimony.

Since the issue of child support enforcement is such a big deal to Hulshof, perhaps he should speak out on the most visible case of non-support that the region has seen in recent memory?

So what do you say, Kenny?  Do you think Mark Richardson should pay the $132,000 that he owes to his children and ex-wife?  Should he be prosecuted for not having paid until now?
