GOP Legislator Indicted For Deviate Sexual Assault Of 14 Year Old

GOP State Rep. Scott Muschaney, part of the current "family values" crowd, has been indicted on the Class C felony charge of deviate sexual assault by a Cole County grand jury.  The PD's Tony Messenger has the full story here.

Muschany and his wife are licensed by the Blunt Administration as foster parents.
