More Tales of Roy B's Friendly Skies

I know, I know, we've touched on this before in other posts. But it seems to me we can't overstate the pride we Missourians should feel in being represented in Washington by a man who continues to get national attention for his prodigious use of discount corporate jets. Our man Roy Blunt continues to make a name for himself as an unparalleled casher of travel chits with industries who have business before the congress.

Roy even managed to make the lede in today's Washington Post story about the top Congressional users of corporate jets at special discount elected-official rates.

From the story comes the fun factoid that over the last four years, Roy B has taken advantage of access to indusstry-owned coprorate jets on average once every ten days.

I'm sure it's a great comfort to Roy's constituents --who might get access to the Whip for a few minutes once every year or so-- to know that corporate lobbyists have his captive attention for a few hours every week and a half.
