For the 99.97% of you who have never heard of the Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy, here's some background from their prospectus:
STATEMENT OF MISSION
Oak Brook College approaches law and government policy from a Biblical and historical perspective. Oak Brook College students are committed to the self-evident truths articulated by our Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence, and they reject the faith of evolution and the religion of secular humanism. Students learn the Biblical foundations of the Common Law and are challenged to make conventional application of these principles to resolve today’s legal and governmental issues.
Oak Brook College trains its students by using innovative distance-learning techniques, seminars, workshops, and online instruction. The faculty and students pursue Godly wisdom by memorizing and meditating upon God’s Word, the Bible, and seek to use this wisdom in resolving conflicts, developing strategies, and implementing policy. As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, Oak Brook College students rely upon the indwelling Holy Spirit to give them the power to develop within them Christlike character qualities such as meekness, humility, truthfulness, boldness, diligence, initiative, and responsibility.
Students in the Oak Brook College law and government policy programs desire to glorify God by doing the good works they have been called to do in law and government policy, with integrity, enthusiasm, thoroughness, and honesty. It is the College’s goal that graduates of Oak Brook College would be wise public servants and statesmen primarily interested in using their legal and professional training to help those in need by providing wise counsel and direction.

No License?? No Problem!
His resume does not mention that this internet and correspondence "College of Law" is not accredited by the ABA...it doesn't even require a bachelor's degree for admission. Since it's not accredited by the ABA, he is ineligible to sit for the Missouri Bar exam to become a licensed Missouri attorney.
In Texas, bills were introduced in 2003 and 2005 to allow "graduates" of unaccredited programs such as this to sit for the Texas Bar exam...they failed, but why not try it here in Missouri, senator. For years our legislators have grumbled that they should be allowed to take the bar exam without possessing an actual law degree by virtue of their law-making "experience"...you could be that trailblazer they've been waiting for!
Since graduates of this program are eligible to take the California Bar exam, perhaps the senator is planning a change in lifestyles and moving to the blue Land of Liberals upon graduation. Probably not...after all, even though you must be licensed in Missouri to practice law, you don't need a license to practice puffery.
Empty Vestibule
Loudon Must Have Skipped The Legislation Drafting Class....
... otherwise this would-be fiscal watchdog (and his fellow traveler Matt Blunt) wouldn't have engaged in legislative gross negligence by screwing up the Workers Compensation bill, resulting in a $100,000+ Special Legislative Session to fix the error.
Great Attention to Detail
