Letter to Sen. Jim Talent - On Fighting for Missouri Values

Dear Sen. Talent,
Greetings and salutations.
Your appeal for my support would be funny if it were not so sleazy and pathetic. Frankly, I'm proud to be a liberal and I find you sir to be a very offensive, greedy and self serving arrogant jerk who needs to be kicked out of office at the first available opportunity. Your so-called Christian values are a joke and stand as an insult to every true Christian who believes in showing love and compassion toward our fellow human beings, as well as for helping the poor, sick and disabled to the best of our abilities.
I'm a fifth generation Missourian, and several of my forebears fought in the American Revolution (one of whom was even hand-picked to serve in the Continental Army by General George Washington himself!) You are the most clueless individual I've ever come across to spew such utter nonsense about fighting for Missouri's Values.
I doubt you have the slightest idea of what we stand for! This nation's forefathers would cringe and turn over in their graves if they knew what the Republican party and its minions had done to America! Bad enough to see the GOP hijacked by extremist factions of the Republican party. I do not support fascism Sen. Talent!
Every good thing that has ever happened in this country has come from the liberal progressives in this country from Thomas Jefferson down through the ages, from the Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution to New Deal programs such as Social Security, to Medicare and Medicaid, to Pell Grants for needy students to rural electrification, safe medicines, clean air, food and water environmental standards for the health and welfare of the American People.
The corruption, incompetence and cronyism from the Republican party that the American people have been witness to since George W. Bush's election in 2000 have shamed and disgraced America in the eyes of the world. Americans need and want change.
With the election of future Sen. Claire McCaskill and other Democrats like her, America can finally stand proudly and honestly before the world as a caring, giving, respectful good neighbor and friend of the sovereign nations of the world and its citizens.
I live and pray for that day to arrive at the earliest possible moment.
Sincerely,
SoaperGirl
