Submitted by Roy Temple on Sun, 11/20/2005 - 8:14pm.

Tom DeLay and Majority Leader Roy Blunt (R-K Street) has the potential to be the worst scandal in Congress in over a century, according to Thomas Mann, a scholar at the Brooking Institution. Mann made his comments in a story in today's NY Times.
Jonathan Singer over at MyDD does a nice job of disecting the story.
