missouri sucks when it comes to missing persons

when we see and hear something bad.we should turn to a law official .right?
this is a sample of just alittle taste of what i have seen
1989.before aired on tv or the news papers i was walking on theodore street in flat river,missouri 'now park hills'due to consolidation' from my resident 2y theodore to a family member at 517 theodore
coming from behind me  was a light blue station wagon with wooden  brown paneling on the sides.the car stopped to let me cross in front of it
two men in front.the front rider had what appeared to be a girls leggs upside down facing the back spread over the front riders shoulders.in the back seat was another man .they waved at a family member of mine seating on there front porch and they smiled and waved at both of us.when they went on i noticed a back tail light was broken and had tape over it
i didnt think anything except maybe it was a friend or girl friend and boy friend thing.me being a tom boy at a younger age .it seemed normal to me
later it was aired on tv were gina dawn brooks  a girl from fredricktown,missouri was abducted.
i called the sheriff dept.i do remember  two uniform people in my house with a note book and a pen.but that is all
i dont remember answering the door ,saying hello to anyone
hello are anything else.then later i decided to go to fredricktown,missouri in person by my self.in there police department i asked to talk to the sheriff.he just reached back behind him and told me i wouldnt believe the storys he had in that file that witness have gave him.to make myself feel better and maybe i could help the missing girl.i set there and told the sheriff my story and i also gave him the story by paper.he asked me no questions ,never talked to me about anything.i left confused.through out the days, years, months,i watched the news on tv,read newspapers to see what was going on with the abduction case.i seen were artist drew pictures of the men they seen.i could of did that at time .but i wasnt asked.i read at a library on microfilm newspaper  were it talked about witness  for the missing girls case.and how a  st.genevieve,missouri forensic hypnosis psycic police officer hypmotized the witness to enhanch there memorys.i always thought .what is going on?although i am a non believer of hypnosis.
i wasnt one of the witness.through the computer and visiting forums i came across one .i was born in zell,missouri.that is right next to st.gen
my cousin even used to be mayor of st.genevieve ,mo.in the early 90's
any way on the forum for st.gen,mo i asked about the forensic psyic hypnosis police officer.someone gave me a telephone number to call.i called a gentle man.he said he was that officer.he remembered me although i have never met the man in person to my knowledge.i asked him if him and the sheriff ever talked about hypmotizing me.he said they talked about it.and then had the gall to ask me if i wanted to get with the sheriff and be hypmotized.i told him not after 12 years i dont.i have told everyone this story.i got on the girls forum they had for her,contacted numerous people.i contacted the white house.i wrote janet reno,president clinton and hillary.although i didnt hear from either one .i decided toi get my message to the white house cat.i wrote socks the cat a letter and told him to lend me his fuzzy ears because mommy and daddy werent listening to me.
well after that i did get three unsigned post cards from socks the cat.
i contacted all sheriff departments.detectives,jay nixon.oh yes i told jay nixon what happened  and who i contacted so he send me a letter telling me to contact the same people i just told him about.i contacted mel carnahan ,numerous people on this abduction case.
i thought i seen  the car and the people involved in the abduction case.
maybe it wasnt the same people as seen on the news.
the thing is.when you are setting face to face with a man wearing a badge and you tell him something like this.and he dont question it .there is something wrong.why wasnt i questioned.
can someone put you under hypnosis or give you something and you dont know about it?if so wouldnt this be un legal .not only did the sheriff of fredricktown ,mo  not question me .no law enforcem,ent in missouri did.why?
