socks the white house cat sends post card

socks is a pretty smart kitty cat.before monica and president clinton did the naughty thing.i wrote the white house alot telling them my storys.never heard from them.
so i decided to go for the cat.
i wrote dear socks ,will you lend me your fuzzy  little ears because mommy and daddy arent listening.it took awhile .in fact post marked 1999 i gotten three unsigned post cards from the  white house.socks did hand write on the outside of the envelope were it was addressed to me.
a picture of socks  on the lft and on the right  saying,thank you for writing to me.i am honered to be your' first
cat' then a paw print with the name socks underneath.my question
in 1999 who sent out socks post cards?
