Sen. Talent Avoids Personal Responsibility in Debate (Video)

Former lobbyist Sen. Jim Talent is running smear advertisements calling McCaskill "a liar and a cheat."  Talent said in the recent debate that he "wouldn't have used those words."  Who was it that approved the ads?  You guessed it... he did!
