It looks to me like Amendment 3 will pass.  I sincerely hope not.   What will be next?  A special tax on alchohol?  Look how many people are hurt or killed by drunk drivers.  Maybe another tax on gas?  Not everybody drives so it would only affect those that do.  Maybe they will decide to tax Viagra.  After all, if men are having sex later in life this could increase their chance of a heart attack.  How about a new tax on weapons and ammo?  This would affect people in law enforcement and hunter's.  Oh well.  When will the taxation stop? And what special group of people will be next?
