Dr. B Speaks Out

Dr. Bill Bondeson wrote an excellent op-ed in the Columbia Tribune regarding the politicizing of MU.  It's definitely a must-read.  If you've never taken one of his classes, you've truly missed being led by one of the great teachers.  I'll also add he's a real hoot as a golfing buddy.  I used to hit the links with him on many occasions when I lived in Columbia, and I can tell you, you'd be amazed at the number of topics one can converse over in the span of 18 holes. 

However, now that the MOHELA deal has gone through, no one has yet answered one question to my satisfaction:  How many MOHELA borrowers are going to go to the mailbox to receive a letter that says, "Congratulations, Sallie Mae now holds your note?" I sure don't see anything on MOHELA's web page that helps answer that question...
