Holding the Cup: Kinder to lead biker drug testing

Lt. Governor Peter Kinder announced today that he would lead biker drug testing for the upcoming Tour of Missouri race.  On the defensive for spending $1 million of taxpayer money on the potentially scandal plagued race, Kinder issued a bizarre press release today riddled with typos and suggesting French is the state's official language.

Clearly unnerved, it remains to be seen whether Kinder will be able to steady his hand by race day.
