Dear Director Childers:

It comes as no surprise your Department has issued another permit to defile the air, water and environment in general around the Arrow Rock area.  After allowing a stinkin’ chicken operation around Roaring River State Park, apparently nothing is sacred.

You state that the DNR has only authority over water quality on these permits.  

I am sure that DNR would find some new authority to stop a feeding operation if it was built near old Southern Hills in Springfield, or near the Landing in Branson.  

Like the old Ozarks saying, It all depends on who’s bull is down!  

Keep up the good work, each one of these you permit helps Jay Nixon in his campaign.  There will be relief in sight, you can count on that.
