Lame Duck Bounce: Blunt's Disapproval Ratings Surge to 52%

According to Survey USA, Matt Blunt's disapproval ratings have increased to 52%.

His approval ratings have sunk to 42%.

In September, Blunt stood at 47% approve; 48% disapprove.
