Kenny skips town without an ethics filing

Kenny Hulshof was in Jeff City today continuing his campaign to continue the policies of the Blunt Administration.

He took part in a ceremony officiated by House Majority Leader Minority Leader Speaker Rod Jetton, declaring him an official client Jefferson City insider.  A few dozen Medicaid cutting house members served as witnesses to the touching affair.

But Hulshof skipped the only thing he really had to get done in the capital city.

By his own accounts, Hulshof has been busy raising and spending money (see video confession) in support of his gubernatorial campaign.

And yet, Hulshof has failed to establish a candidate committee, as required by the state ethics law.

Even crackerjack test pilot Jack Jackson has managed to get a committee set up with the Ethics Commission for his upstart Lt. Governor's race.

But not Kenny.

Ignorance?

Arrogance?

You decide.
