From an Albany Times-Union story [1] about a visit by John Ashcroft to Skidmore College:

He [Ashcroft] drew hollers of disapproval when he accidentally called Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama "Osama."

Amazing how "responsible", "accountable", members of the mainstream media continue faithfully to report such "slips" as "accidental" even though they happen over [2] and over [3] and over [4] again.  Hint to reporters: it's not an accident, it's a strategy.
