Public education opponent Rex Sinquefield is facing an Ethics Commission investigation over his coordinated use of 100 cookie cutter PACs to circumvent state campaign contribution limits. [1]
Last week he got some bad new from Ohio.
A similar [2](but much more modest) [3]scheme by a millionaire public school opponent in that state drew a notice of violation from the Ohio Secretary of State. [4]
It remains to be seen whether the Missouri Ethics Commission will follow the lead of Ohio or allow Sinquefiled to make a complete mockery of Missouri campaign finance limits.
