The Undead -- Ward Connerly Says He'll keep trying to Ban Affirmative Action

So, you thought Ward Connerly and his paid henchman Tim Asher would get the message that Missouri supports affirmative action, take their carpetbaggers back to where they came from and leave Missouri alone?  No Way.  In recent filings with the Missouri Court of Appeals concerning Asher's lawsuit over Robin Carnahan's ballot language (and, for the record, it was Asher who slowed things down with litigation, not Carnahan), Asher has filed an affidavit stating he "intends on placing the identical ballot petition that is the subject of this litigation on an upcoming ballot."

Guess Mr. Asher couldn't find another job.  So remember, "Every good and excellent thing in the world stands moment by moment on the razor edge of danger and must be fought for."  The fight goes on.

Talk about your frivolous lawsuits that the republicans

are always screaming about.  Is there anything that can be done to stop him/them?  And if this isn't already abuse of the judicial system at what point does it become abuse?

Litigious Tim Asher doesn't have anything better to do...

...since he also recently lost his other lawsuit appeal in a case he filed (after he got fired for insubordination) against North Central Missouri College .

The former college admissions director who led an unsuccessful petition drive to end affirmative action programs in Missouri has lost his court appeal in a lawsuit in which he alleged he was let go from North Central Missouri College in part because he raised questions about the college’s race-based scholarships.

On Tuesday, the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals affirmed a circuit court's ruling that Tim Asher's case did not have any merits.
