Show me the Money!!!!!

Where is the Money from the Bush Hulshof Fundraiser?   Kit Wagar has now busted Hulshof for saying he raised $1.5 million in Bush's bailout, but not reporting it to the ethics commission.  Wagar confirms something we here on FiredUp! did not know -- that people were asked to pay $10,000 and $25,000 for a private meeting with the President.  If they did pony up for the private clutch, Hulshof was supposed to report those contributions, but none show up in his 48 hour reports (although there are some isolated contributions before and after, none adding up to anywhere near $1.5 million.  There are also some large checks from the Republican Party, although still not enough).  Its pretty clear that one of two things happened here 1) either no one wanted to have their picture taken with the President and Hong Kong Hulshof last Friday and/or 2) those who did come were too embarrassed to have their name on Kenny's report, so they gave to the Party, which gave it back to Hulshof.  Either way, Hulshof lied about raising $1.5 million.
