Kinder runs on Blunt/Kinder failures

I noticed the St. Louis Beacon states, "Kinder said he thinks Blunt's record on the economy and Missouri's business climate will help him."

Kinder is in bad shape if he thinks the economy  or the Missouri Business climate is helping him!
