Is Col. Jack preparing a flight plan?

As noted on this site, there has been growing speculation that Col. Jack "Jump Jet" Jackson will throw his hat into the ring for the open US Senate seat.
And now Col. Jack appears to be actively moving in that direction.
We will be watching for Col. Jack's move to the ready room.Â
